3. Creation of Events and Groups

The organizing users are responsible for defining the participation rules, such as location, times, and number of players. The mm3app is not responsible for any issues arising from poor organization or management of events.

4. Confirmation of Participation

The mm3app will send automatic reminders for participants to confirm their presence at each stage of the events. It is the responsibility of the participants to keep their confirmations up to date within the established deadlines.

5. Optional Services

The mm3app offers the possibility to hire additional services, such as new equipment or support during events. These services are optional and charge additional fees, when applicable.

6. Cancellation and Opt-out

Both organizers and participants can cancel their participation at any time, using the opt-out function. The mm3app does not charge fees for cancellations.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Our commitment to data protection is detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using the mm3app, you agree to the practices described there, including the use of encryption and the minimal data collection necessary for the operation of the service.

8. Modifications to the Service
